    • The Knee CSOR Student Colloquium

      On October 21st, The Knee CSOR collaborated with the Institute for Humane Studies' at George Mason University to host a colloquium focused on criminal justice reform.  Professor Brian Meehan from Berry College facilitated the discussion entitled: "Reforming the System: Criminal Justice in the U.S."

    • Geoffrey Ford's Spotlight

      Geoffrey Ford, a senior economics major and president of the Society of Economic Analysis (SEA), presented his paper "Quasi-Free Markets in the U.S." at the Issues in Political Economy annual conference in New York City on Saturday February 25th. Geoff's paper highlights potential inefficiencies created in the market by government intervention as well as provides evidence that the Federal Reserve has lost its ability to make improvements in the US economy after the onset of the 2008 Financial Crisis.

      Sydney Petro loves to sing for special events, but upon her graduation in 2018, she has even bigger plans to become an event planner in Pittsburgh, using her marketing degree to help along the way.

      Founded 10 years ago by Dr. Frye, Dean of the School of Business, the Spring Break trip to London celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the 10 ten years, approximately 210 students have made memories and experienced life abroad in London.
