The Business Certificate is offered fully online and was designed for individuals with little or no business education background. Some of the courses may be taken in the classroom for those who prefer the in-person format.  It provides a basic understanding of current business trends, along with course work in the areas of management, accounting, marketing and finance. The business core is complemented by a liberal arts component of courses meant to provide the necessary skills and knowledge needed by the business professional. All coursework can then be applied to the A.S. in Business Administration or directly into a variety of B.S. programs offered through ADCS.

Before admission to the business certificate program is granted, all candidates must complete the application process for admission through the Office of Adult Degree and Continuing Studies. ALL entrance criteria must be met before beginning the program.
