Introduction

Earn a Respected Management Degree from Saint Francis University

The Management program at Saint Francis is designed to ensure that students have exposure to the broad base of knowledge necessary to be successful in their chosen field.  The Management major also allows for those students who wish to complete their MBA to choose the Accelerated B.S. in Management to MBA or MHRM  Program (see requirements in  FAQs) and achieve both an undergraduate Management B.S. and a MBA in five years.

What You’ll Learn in the Management Program

The Management Program prepares students to manage profit or non-profit organizations through an education in the classical principles of management developed by the field’s major thinkers and practitioners. The program emphasizes the history of management, business ethics, the legal environment of business, human resource management and labor relations, organizational behavior, production management, risk management, marketing, decision-making, statistics, quantitative methods, leadership, and strategic management.
