Saint Francis University’s Early Admission Program gives academically motivated high school juniors the opportunity to apply for a provisional offer of admission. What We Look For
The Early Admission Program is designed for high-achieving juniors who have demonstrated strong academic preparation and a commitment to continued success.
During the provisional admission review, the admissions team may consider:
- Strength of your high school curriculum
- Junior-year mid-year grades
- Overall academic performance
- Evidence of continued academic growth
- Leadership, service, activities, talents, and accomplishments
- Your readiness to contribute to the Saint Francis community
Receiving a provisional offer does not guarantee final admission, admission to a specific academic program, or a particular scholarship or financial aid award.
What Is a Provisional Admission Offer?
A provisional admission offer is an early indication that, based on the academic information available during your junior year, you are on track to be admitted to Saint Francis University.
It is not a final admission decision.
Students who receive a provisional offer must continue to meet Saint Francis University’s admission expectations and complete the University’s remaining admission requirements during senior year.
Your final admission decision will be based on a review of your complete academic record and any other required application materials.

How Early Admission Works
- Apply Beginning January 1
The Early Admission application opens on January 1 of your junior year.
- Submit Your Mid-Year Transcript
Your application must include an official or school-submitted junior-year mid-year transcript showing your completed coursework and grades through the first half of the academic year.
- Receive an Early Review
The Saint Francis admissions team will review your academic performance and application materials.
- Receive Your Provisional Admission Decision
Qualified students may receive a provisional offer of admission before beginning senior year.
- Complete the Final Admission Process
During senior year, you will submit the remaining required materials so Saint Francis can make a final admission decision.
