Conor Norris is a research analyst with the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation (CSOR) at Saint Francis University. He graduated with an MA in economics from George Mason University in May 2018 where he also held a graduate research fellowship with the Mercatus Center. Conor earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Francis University. At Mercatus, Conor’s research focused primarily on health care scope of practice and occupational licensing, which he looks forward to continuing at the Center.
