SFU Honors the Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Saint Francis University honored the enduring legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with in-person and virtual discussions, group activities and educational displays. The MLK Day Celebration was a day of education and reflection on Dr. Kings’ philosophy of nonviolent social change and conflict-reconciliation. This year’s Martin Luther King Day coincided with SFU’s Convocation, and featured keynote speaker, Mr. Bill Strickland, founder, and Chairman of Manchester Bidwell Corporation . 2020 March on the Mountain Event Join the Saint Francis University community as we gather for our 7th Annual March on the Mountain on Wednesday, January 22nd . We gather to unite our prayers and proclaim the sanctity of human life with Pro-Life advocates around the country on the 47th Anniversary of Roe v Wade. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be recited prior to the March in the Immaculate Conception Chapel, located on the Loretto campus, beginning at 10:30 a.m. This will be followed by several guest speakers. SFU Esports welcomes its first Recruiting Class Fall 2020

Saint Francis University Esports Coach, Luke Trotz, announced the members of their first recruiting class for the newly established program. The recruiting class includes five players receiving esports scholarships for the 2020/21 academic year. The fall 2020 recruiting class will be competing in the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) throughout four different game titles within the SFU Esports program.
