Bears For Care Event

Bears For Care Event - SFU Criminal Justice Club
Please bring a new (with tags on) stuffed animal to the SFU Men's (February 19), and Women's (February 26), basketball games and "toss" them on the court during the halftime event. The stuffed animals will be donated to local first responders (fire, police, EMS) as well as local shelters to benefit individuals in an emergency or crisis situation. Thanks for your support!

UPMC MyHealth Faculty & Staff Event

Faculty and staff are invited to a virtual Lunch and Learn, Unlocking the Secrets to a Healthy Heart, from 12:00–12:30 p.m. Join the session to learn practical tips for improving heart health and preventing heart disease. Free individual health coaching sessions with Rayanna Furst are also available in person at the DiSepio Health Center or virtually by appointment.

MyHealth Student Events Feb 19

MyHealth will host two events focused on mental health and nutrition. A Mental Health Stop-by Booth will run from 8:30–10:30 a.m. in Torvian Dining Hall, offering tips on recognizing early warning signs, self-care, and when to seek help. Later, Nutrition on the Go: The Salty Truth will take place from 1:00–1:30 p.m. in Padua Hall, exploring sodium in everyday foods and its impact on health. Free individual health coaching sessions with Rayanna are also available by appointment.

Participate in A Call to Community, Family and Participation - Solidarity Festival

Call to participate in the 2026 Solidarity Festival on Friday, April 10th in JFK Lounge! The theme for this year's festival is Call to Community, Family, and Participation.
What is the Solidarity Festival? The Annual Solidarity Festival brings the Saint Francis community together to learn about and celebrate the many ways we serve local, national, and global communities and families through active participation.
