Help Students GET INVOLVED- Join us for the FALL 2025 INVOLVEMENT FAIR! 

This semester's event is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, from 5:00pm- 6:00pm on the Campus Mall (Rain Location- JFK).  Groups can begin set up at 4:30pm.  All tables must be set up no later than 4:50pm and manned until the end of the event (6:10pm).

Recruitment is the future of all organizations! It is strongly recommended that your organization be represented at the Fall 2025 Involvement Fair.  Our goal is to introduce the student body to the organizations in an atmosphere where they can freely explore new interests. Create an attention-getting display to “showcase” your group - video displays, organization paraphernalia, charters, scrapbooks, giveaways, contests, etc.   Anything you can do to draw attention to your booth will aid in your recruitment of new members. It is a Student Involvement Fair, so get involved! 

 

Organizations will have a full table but are welcome to share a table (please indicate such on your registration form). Your display should be staffed with at least two (2) members who best represent the organization. The members should be prepared to showcase and discuss the organization, record names, phone numbers, email, and campus addresses of prospective members. Please bring a table covering.
