Saint Francis University proudly announces the graduation of the Francis 2022 Founding Cohort—the inaugural class of its Executive Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and Innovation.

At Saint Francis University, the path to a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership and Innovation is not just about earning a credential—it’s about applying knowledge with purpose. The Class of 2025, our inaugural Francis 2022 Cohort of Ed.D. graduates, exemplifies this mission through their exceptional research, made possible by the program’s integrated dissertation model.

Saint Francis University is accepting applications for its Fall 2025 Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Innovation program, a 32-month hybrid designed for working professionals. The program combines online learning, in-person residencies, and ethics-based leadership education.

The Division of Professional Studies welcomed its second Executive Doctor of Education of Organizational Leadership & Innovation Cohort. The cohort, named Aggiornamento 2023, gathered in person on September 7th through September 10th 2023 for their first residency.

The next cohort begins in August 2024. Early consideration for applications will take place through May 1, 2024.
