Celebrating Graduate Success: First Destination Report for the Class of 2024

Each year, Saint Francis University’s First Destination Report shares the results of our annual survey of recent graduates, offering an inside look at where our alumni go next and how their SFU experience shapes their future. We are proud to announce the results for the Class of 2024, highlighting the remarkable achievements of our graduates as they embark on new chapters of professional and academic growth a year out from graduation.

This year’s report showcases that a remarkable 99.8% of graduates completing the survey were employed or attending graduate school within nine months of graduation.

Key Highlights

  • 100% of graduates said their internship, field experience, clinical rotations, or student teaching were instrumental in landing full-time employment.
  • 90% of the senior class gained hands-on experience through internships, clinicals, or fieldwork.
  • The average annual salary range for the Class of 2024 topped $73,000.
  • Our alumni are working or studying in 31 states and 6 countries, in high-demand fields.
  • 86% of graduates said Saint Francis was instrumental in developing their faith and values for life after college — a reflection of our Franciscan commitment to educate the whole person in mind, body, and spirit.

Graduate Success Story

One shining example of our graduates’ success is LT Erika Ellison, who turned her commitment as a student-athlete and ROTC leader into a dynamic career as a Medical Evacuation Officer in the PA Army National Guard while preparing to launch her accounting career. Erika’s journey is just one of many that demonstrate how our students embrace leadership, service, and purpose beyond the classroom.
