Saint Francis University’s 15th Annual Charity Bike Ride, led by 78-year-old cancer survivor Br. Shamus McGrenra, will take place this October to benefit the Dorothy Day Outreach Center. Spanning from Pennsylvania to Washington, D.C., the ride aims to surpass $1 million in total fundraising and continues to inspire with its message of hope and service.

As Saint Francis University begins its exciting transition to NCAA Division III, the Athletics Department is proud to announce the addition of men’s swimming as its 23rd intercollegiate athletics program, launching in the 2026–27 season.

A native of Washington State, Erika came to SFU to play lacrosse—and left five years later with not only two degrees but also a clear sense of direction.
