Open Houses provide a golden opportunity for aspiring students and their families to discover the unique academic and co-curricular offerings that make Saint Francis University a premier destination for higher education.
These full-day experiences will introduce you to the mission, character, and values of Saint Francis University and offer opportunities to meet faculty from your academic programs of interest, explore unique curricular and co-curricular settings, enjoy a guided walking tour of campus with panoramic views, and savor a delicious lunch in our dining facilities!
The day begins around 9:00 AM and will end around 2:00 PM.

- Aviation Maintenance Technician – prepare to test for your FAA General, Airframe, and Powerplant certificates.
- Aviation Specialization – earn your instrumentation certificate as well as private and commercial pilot licenses.
The day will begin with check-in and refreshments starting at 9:00 a.m. Throughout the morning, visitors will be welcomed by program leadership. Attendees will learn about the current job market, the growing demand for aviation professionals (pilots and maintenance technicians), and the range of career pathways that stem from the training offered at Saint Francis. A guided tour by current students will showcase the facility’s advanced equipment, training labs, and learning environments, all of which reflect the latest industry standards.

Absolutely! If you're stuck or have any questions about the visit registration form or need to make a special request, please feel free to call our Campus Visit Coordinator at 1-814-472-3100 to assist you in completing your registration.

Use 117 Evergreen Drive Loretto, PA on your GPS device.
Upon your arrival to campus, look for the Admissions Welcome Center at St. Francis Hall which is conveniently located directly between Torvian Dining Hall and the Immaculate Conception Chapel.
There is ample parking adjacent to the center and our warm and friendly admissions staff will greet you and your family and provide you with your personalized visit itinerary, helpful information, and some pretty sweet SFU swag, too!

Our knowledgeable Admissions Counselors provide financial aid information during all of our visit opportunities. In addition, the Financial Aid Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m for appointments, and we're happy to arrange an individual meeting with the office upon your request.

Campus tours are led by our student ambassadors and explore various academic buildings, campus dining locations, the student center, and more. Along the tour, you'll view our exceptional facilities and technology, meet friendly and knowledgeable faculty and staff, and hear first-hand stories about the student experience.
A preview of a residence hall room is included as part of the campus tour. The residential experience of college life is a significant learning opportunity for students and we want you to picture yourself as an active member of our community!
For your tour, please wear comfortable walking shoes and plan for any weather. If anyone in your party needs special transportation or other accommodations, we're happy to help, but please let us know ahead of time.
