Take Charge of Your Health with UPMC MyHealth Coaching – March 11

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to connect with Health Coach Rayanna Furst from UPMC MyHealth on Wednesday, March 11, at the Saint Francis University Health Center (open Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4 pm).

Stop by Master the Calorie Balance from 8:00–10:30 am at Torvian Dining Hall or 11:00 am–1:00 pm at Frankie’s Cafeteria to learn how physical activity supports a healthy lifestyle and how long it takes to burn off calories from your favorite foods. Just 30 minutes of activity most days of the week can improve your health, boost energy, and support a positive mindset.

Join MyHealth Stress on the Go: Five Senses from 2:00–2:30 pm (virtual) to practice a simple mindfulness technique that promotes calmness, clarity, and focus—perfect for busy days.  Register Here.

Free individual health coaching sessions will also be available on-site.  Email MyHealthCoach@upmc.edu for more information.
