Help Students GET INVOLVED- Join us for the SPRING INVOLVEMENT FAIR!

 

Several groups have asked about an additional opportunity to recruit new members, and we are happy to announce the date for Spring 2026. Because this will be held inside, space will be limited.  We will first use the JFK lounge and if there is more demand, will offer tables downstairs on the lower-level hallway outside of Frankies Campus Club and the Luke Trotz Esports arena.  We will have staff at the entrance to the stairwell directing students downstairs so they can visit each and every table!    This semester's event is scheduled for WEDNESDAY JANUARY 14TH, from 4:30pm- 5:30pm in the JFK Student Center.  Groups can begin set up at 3:30pm.  All tables must be set up no later than 4:20pm and manned until the end of the event (5:30pm).

Recruitment is the future of all organizations! It is strongly recommended that your organization be represented at the Spring 2026 Involvement Fair.  Our goal is to introduce the student body to the organizations in an atmosphere where they can freely explore new interests. Create an attention-getting display to “showcase” your group - video displays, organization paraphernalia, charters, scrapbooks, giveaways, contests, etc.   Anything you can do to draw attention to your booth will aid in your recruitment of new members. It is a Student Involvement Fair, so get involved! 

 

Organizations will have a full table, when possible, but some may be asked to share a table. Your display should be staffed with at least two (2) members who best represent the organization. The members should be prepared to showcase and discuss the organization, record names, phone numbers, email, and campus addresses of prospective members. Please bring a table covering.
