Campus Retail Store Transition and Important Dates

Communications and Marketing, Bookstore

Dear Campus Community,

As previously shared, the University is transitioning to a new campus retail model. The campus retail space, located on the bottom floor of JFK, will continue to provide Saint Francis University merchandise and apparel, academic and personal supplies, and select convenience items with some exciting changes on the horizon.

Below is a timeline for what you can expect this summer:

Campus Retail Transition Timeline

Now

Course materials and textbooks are now available through the University’s new online bookstore partner campus, eCampus. Shop the Official Online Bookstore for your textbooks.

Monday, May 11

This is the final day of operations for Barnes & Noble as our retail provider. After this date, the physical retail store will close briefly during the transition to new management.

Tuesday, May 12

A new online store for Saint Francis University merchandise and apparel will go live, operated by our Parkhurst team in partnership with Natale Sporting Goods (a subsidiary of GPSA Group). This online store will continue to serve as a convenient shopping option alongside the physical campus store once the retail space reopens.

Tuesday, May 26

The physical store reopens in partnership with Parkhurst, offering a starting selection of items throughout the summer. We will involve student leadership in shaping the future inventory.

Fall 2026 Official Relaunch Celebration (TBD)

We’re planning a grand opening event to unveil the new space and its NEW NAME, selected by our students. Keep your eyes open for information closer to the start of the fall semester.

We are excited to start this next chapter, making sure you have access to Saint Francis University merchandise, apparel, and other retail items—both online and in a refreshed campus space.

Thank you for your support and patience throughout this transition.
