    There are many opportunities at Saint Francis University to live and grow in one's faith. Our students are active in Campus Ministry as well as our many Faith and Fellowship groups. Make friends and experience college life in a faith community that studies and prays together!

    Breaking Open the Word (BOW)

    This Bible share group meets Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. in the DiSepio Spiritual Wellness Center. Participants delve into Sacred Scriptures in the form of Lectio Divina, a prayer style which helps students to receive the Word of God and apply it in their lives.

    Cru

    An internationally renowned organization, Cru is passionate about connecting people to Jesus Christ. Cru meets Wednesdays from 7- 8 p.m. in the Boiler House to praise and worship God.

    F.I.R.E. Starters

    FIRE Starters is a Confirmation retreat team, consisting of college students, lay ministers, and Franciscan friars. They offer retreats that include praise and worship, prayer, drama skits, faith sharing activities, games, Mass and Confession.

    Fellowship of Christian Athletes

    This internationally renowned organization uses the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ. The group meets Wednesdays from 9 – 10 p.m. in Stokes to praise and worship God.

    Knights of Columbus

    This world organization of Catholic men, 18 years of age and older, provides its members the opportunity to discover the importance of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism to our country and the world. They use their talents and treasures to help others.

    Sharers of the Word

    This student-led prayer group meets Thursdays from 8 – 9 p.m. in the Chapel to praise the Lord in song and through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Individuals can share their prayer intentions and lift them up with the greater community.
