It was graduation night this past Tuesday for three of our four-legged students!

Belle, Vickey and Midnight graduated from Saint Francis University this past Tuesday. The trio of shelter dogs from the Humane Society of Cambria County received an SFU collar tag, a diploma and an AKC Canine Good Citizen certification. The Ceremony included an introduction of the graduating dogs, their students, community partners and adopting families.

Now they are ready to find their "furever" homes.

The dogs were part of a semester-long Psychology course, “Canine Learning and Behavior." The class is a community partnership project taught by SFU Assistant Professor of Psychology  Dr. Shlomit Flaisher-Grinberg and Megan Mills, a professional dog trainer.
