Fuel the Francis Experience Campaign
OVERVIEW
Fuel the Francis Experience
Honoring Our Franciscan Legacy. Investing in the Next Generation.
For nearly 180 years, Saint Francis University has provided generations of students with an education rooted in faith, community, and the Franciscan values of virtue, truth, and compassion.
As we commemorate the 800th Anniversary of the Transitus—the passing of our patron, St. Francis of Assisi—we celebrate a legacy that has endured because each generation has chosen to carry it forward. Today, that responsibility belongs to us.
Through Fuel the Francis Experience, Saint Francis University is seeking philanthropic support to strengthen the distinctive experiences that shape our students—not only during their years in Loretto, but throughout their lives.
Our campaign focuses on four priorities that touch nearly every dimension of the Saint Francis experience:
Residence Halls — Creating a Place to Belong
For generations of students, residence halls have been where friendships begin and community takes root. Investments in our residential facilities will create welcoming, comfortable, and connected living environments that support student success and strengthen the sense of belonging at the heart of Saint Francis.
Alta Via — Forming Students for Lives of Faith and Purpose
Alta Via provides students with an intentional Catholic community rooted in intellectual growth, spiritual formation, friendship, and Franciscan tradition. Philanthropic support will help strengthen this community, expand opportunities for participation, and ensure that more students can experience its transformative journey of faith.
Student Life — Building a More Vibrant Saint Francis Experience
The Francis Experience extends across every part of campus life. Investments in recreation, gathering spaces, student activities, and athletics will create more opportunities for students to participate, connect, build friendships, develop as leaders, and experience the vibrant residential community that makes Saint Francis distinctive.
Unrestricted Giving — Strengthening Saint Francis Where It Matters Most
Some of the University’s most important needs and opportunities cannot be anticipated. Unrestricted support gives Saint Francis the flexibility to respond when those moments arise—supporting students, strengthening academics, advancing our Catholic and Franciscan mission, and investing wherever resources can make the greatest difference.
Carry the Franciscan Legacy Forward
The Transitus reminds us that the legacy of St. Francis did not end with his passing eight centuries ago. It lives on through those who continue his work and carry his values into the world.
The same is true at Saint Francis University.
Your gift to Fuel the Francis Experience will help ensure that today's students—and generations yet to come—have the opportunity to learn, grow, discover their purpose, and experience the Franciscan community that has defined Saint Francis University for nearly 180 years.
