Dr. Cobb is an adjunct assistant professor with the MHS and MMS programs. She also teaches in the Public Health program at St. Francis University.
She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and was a National Health Service Corp scholar. She has 19 years of clinical experience working in the areas of neurosurgery, OB/GYN, emergency medicine and trauma surgery.
Dr. Cobb earned Master's degrees in both Public Health (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) and Health Science. She completed your doctorate in Health Science in 2010.
She has taught in U.S. PA programs and online for the University of Queensland PA program in Australia. She loves research and writing. She has published in peer review journals as well as several textbooks including the Ballweg Physician Assistant: Guide to Clinical Practice and the Encyclopedia of Trauma Care.
Dr. Cobb serves as a grant reviewer for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Health Resources & Services Administration and as a textbook reviewer for the international publisher of scientific books and journals, Elsevier.
Dr. Cobb and her husband have two children. They have lived abroad and love to travel.
