The R-Space (Rural Science: Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry and Engineering) Program is a new interdisciplinary collaborative effort among university professionals and students to bring science to rural Central Pennsylvania. The program aims to bring exciting aspects of science to K-12 students in the form of hands-on activities. Proposed programs thus far: Palumbo Planetarium presentation, Build-it-Better, Tribidity, Wind Energy, AAA (Anatomy, Art, Astronomy).
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, the portable planetarium is not operational until further notice.
