    Biography

    Qin He is an Assistant Professor of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering at Saint Francis University. She earned her MSc and PhD from West Virginia University. She has been actively involved in the research area of reservoir simulation on both conventional and unconventional reservoirs using traditional and smart techniques in petroleum engineering. Her recent research focuses on reservoir simulation using Smart Proxy, which is based on Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining techniques. Her teaching interests include Introduction to Petroleum Engineering, Numerical Reservoir Modeling and Simulation, Shale Gas and Coal Bed Methane Modeling, Oil and Gas Property Evaluation, Engineering Problem Solving, etc.
