Sitting on Santa's lap and telling him what you want for Christmas is a long-time tradition. On December 5, 2015, children with sensory or other special needs were able to enjoy the annual tradition with their families—without the bright lights, loud noises, and long lines. Families visit the sensory transition room before visiting Sensitive Santa. Milk and cookies, with the options of gluten or casein-free cookies or soy milk, were shared with families upon visiting Sensitive Santa. Parents and caregivers were invited to bring their cameras and capture the moment. To learn more visit www.francis.edu/SFU-Sensitive-Santa. Any questions regarding this annual event can be forwarded to Amy Hudkins by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 814-472-2792.
