Business Office Department


  • Welcome

    The Business Office at Saint Francis University manages and provides financial oversight and information to service the needs of students, staff, parents and personnel. The office also collects all university revenue, manages the university's budget, student accounts, tuition and fees, accounts payable, miscellaneous billings and is responsible for disbursing the University's payroll. 

  • Budget

    The Business Office is responsible for working with the Vice President for Finance & Adminstration to prepare, communicate and manage the university's budget each fiscal year.  Each departmental budget can be accessed on my.francis.edu

    Employee Forms (login required)

    All Business Office forms related to travel reimbursement, check requests, departmental deposits, tax exemptions and student accounts can be found on the department my.francis.edu page. 

    Student Book Vouchers & Refunds

    Request a Student Book Voucher

    In order to be eligible for a book voucher, your student account must reflect a credit balance after all tuition and fees are charged.

      Pay My Student Bill

      Billing Information and Paying for your Education

      Online payments are only accepted through our partner CashNet on the my.francis page.

      The payment types accepted by CashNet includes:

      • Monthly Payment Plan
      • Credit Card
      • Debit Card
      • Electronic Funds Transfer

      In order to make an online payment you must have the student log in information for my.francis. If you are unsure of the log in information, please click here to look it up.  

      Payments accepted in the Business Office at the Cashier window include: 

      • Cash
      • Check 
      • Money Order 

      Wire transfer payments are accepted after arrangements have been made with the Business Office. Please call (814) 472-2884 to make wire payment arrangements.

        Student 1098T forms can be found online at https://www.1098t.com/ (You will need the social security number of the student in order to access the form)
        Pay my College in High School Bill

        Saint Francis University accepts the following forms of payment on student accounts.
