    The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (B.S.O.L.) degree is a fully online program focusing on general business with an emphasis on leadership to meet today and tomorrow's workplace needs.  It is also transfer friendly for those with various courses and credits to potentially transfer into this solid program.  While it is fully online, we do offer some in-person courses at our four locations for those who prefer sitting in a classroom.
