At St. Francis University, world languages are considered the cornerstone to expanding one’s cultural horizons and accumulating knowledge to excel in any profession. The world language department has grown over the years to meet the needs of students as they step out into the professional world. Many degrees, classes, and study abroad opportunities are available, presenting students with an abundance of life-changing opportunities. Our World Languages and Global Culture Minors enable you to broaden your cultural knowledge and practice your study in more than one language. Choose from among American Sign Language (ASL), French, German, Italian, Latin, Spanish, or another Language (taken at another university or from an accredited study abroad program, or through the CLEP exam.)

A minor in International Business requires 3 semesters of World Languages including Italian or German.
