Veterans Accelerated Learning Program (VALP)

Veterans and military personnel will now have an easier way to finish their degree and obtain occupational licensing. Through VALP, veterans will be able to enroll in programs at Saint Francis University and get back to work without the burden of student debt.

    Who benefits

    Veterans will be able to enroll in the majority of programs offered at Saint Francis University that require licensure after obtaining a degree including in-person, online, and hybrid programs.

    SFU’s versatile programs provide an opportunity for veterans to obtain degrees and licenses quicker and with fewer obstructions, thus transitioning into Pennsylvania’s workforce at a faster rate.

      First Student Enrolled in VALP

      CSOR enrolls James Risban as first student in the Veterans Accelerated Learning Program at SFU. James says that, "...with the help of the VALP Grant, I will be able to pursue and complete my goal of obtaining my accounting degree and becoming a  CPC."
