    Biography

    Regina Barr, MSN RN comes to Saint Francis University from Mount Aloysius College where she was a nursing faculty member for 30 years. While at Mount Aloysius College, she was recently the Associate Degree Nursing Program Chairperson and was the lead in curriculum development, assessment of outcomes, and program evaluation. Ms. Barr was also the simulation champion and was instrumental in the development of the simulation labs and integration of simulations into the nursing curriculum. As a member of the college community, she was active on the College Assessment Committee. She has participated in various simulation research projects and presented at conferences relative to topics in simulation.

     

    On a personal level, Ms. Barr has three grown children, one of which is married. In addition, she would like to let everyone know that she has a passion for everything Disney! She is extremely excited to join the Department of Nursing as Clinical Associate Professor and thanks everyone for their warm welcome!
