Saint Francis biological honor society adds 13 members

The Upsilon Beta chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honor Society, welcomed new members at an induction ceremony held on March 27, at Saint Francis University.

Thirteen Saint Francis biology students were recognized as regular members. Maura Belinda, a sophomore medical technician student; Jesse Felts, a senior pre-professional student; Laura Husband, a junior pre-professional student; Janel Jesberger, a junior pre-professional student; Kierstin Kiser, a junior biology major; Lauren Maline, a junior marine biology major; Thomas McWilliams, a junior pre-professional student; Zachary Rozansky, sophomore environmental science major Benjamin Shankel, a senior pre-professional student; Mark Steinmiller, a junior marine biology major; and Mara Weinzierl, a junior secondary education major were all inducted.

Students Lauren Wingard, a senior physical therapy major, and Benjamin Woollaston, a junior physician assistant sciences student, were also inducted as Associate Members.

The ceremony was presided over by current Tribeta officers Chad Clair, Maria Cacciotti, Bethann Sledziewski, and Megan McClain.
