Saint Francis students to host annual pro-life March on the Mountain

March on the Mountain flyerOn Wednesday, January 22, 2020, the Saint Francis University community will gather for the 7th Annual March on the Mountain. The pro-life march is taking place on the 47th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade supreme court decision.

The Students for Life organization and Campus Ministry Department invite the greater community to join Saint Francis students, faculty, and staff on the Loretto campus for this occasion. There will be some signs available to borrow, but participants may also create and bring their own.

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be recited prior to the march in the Immaculate Conception Chapel beginning at 10:30 AM. The march itself will begin with a short prayer at 11:00 AM. in front of the Chapel. The walk will then commence around the mall in the center of campus and will conclude at approximately 11:55 AM for those that wish to attend the 12:00 PM Mass. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be held immediately following the Mass until 4:00 PM.
