Adult learner open house schedule released for August

Prospective adult learners can attend one of three August open houses to learn about undergraduate degrees for adults and the Graduate Business programs offered online and on-site through Saint Francis University.

Open houses are set for:

  • August 8 from 5-7 p.m. at the JFK Center on the campus in Loretto
  • August 15 at Panera Bread in Johnstown from 5-7 p.m.
  • August 21 from 5-7 p.m. at the Sheetz Corporate Headquarters on 6th Avenue in Altoona.

Participants can meet with career and admission advisers who will help them explore majors, financial aid options, transferring credits, and more. 

The university offers flexible online programs as well as in-person evening and weekend classes in Johnstown, Altoona, State College and Loretto. Undergraduate and graduate certificate and degree programs are offered in a variety of interest areas including, business, education, healthcare, and technology.

Saint Francis offers a discounted tuition rate for adult learners and has a generous transfer credit policy for those who have previously earned college credit. Prospective students can bring transcripts for a free credit transfer evaluation.
