There are three separate ways to visit Saint Francis University through the admissions office--an Open House, a Saturday visit, or a Weekday visit. Please see the options below:

Weekday Visits Register
The Saint Francis University Office Admissions is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Tours of the campus are available Monday through Friday and are given by a Saint Francis University Student Ambassador.
Tours leave the Office of Admissions, Padua Hall Suite 243, promptly at the following times.

We welcome all students, families, or anyone interested in learning more about Saint Francis University to drop in for a tour of campus. However we also encourage scheduled visits which allow students to take advantage of a wide variety of experiences:
- Meeting with an Admissions Representative
- Meeting with a Financial Aid Representative
- Meeting with a Faculty Member
- Attend class in your area of academic interest
- Have lunch in Torvian Dining Hall
- Meet with an athletic coach

How long do campus tours last?
Normally, the tour lasts one hour.
Is the tour a walking tour?
Yes. The tour is a student-led walking tour of Saint Francis University. With a mix of indoor and outdoor stops. Students and guests with physical handicaps or injuries who are unable to participate in a walking tour, other arrangements can be made ahead of time by calling (814) 472-3100.
Who gives the tour?
The tour is given by trained current students who are able to give the history and current uses of university buildings, inform visitors of university traditions, and provide their own views and perspectives of the Saint Francis student experience.
Is there a fee for the tour?
No.
Can anyone come along on the tour with the student?
Absolutely! We especially encourage the parents and siblings to come along on the tour with the prospective student.
What if it is raining/planning to rain for my tour?
If the rain is light to moderate, your tour will most likely still go out. Only if severe weather conditions occur will a tour be cancelled. If your tour is unable to go out, you may still speak with an admissions advisor in our office.
What should I wear for the tour?
Dress for the tour is casual. Remember, the tour is a walking tour, so wear comfortable shoes! For tours during the summer months, you may want to bring a hat, sunglasses, or sunscreen or a combination of all three. If rain is the forecast, don't forget an umbrella or poncho!
Can we talk to someone one-on-one in your office?
Yes. Once you book a tour you are automatically scheduled to meet with one of our Admissions Advisors. You may do this at the conclusion of the tour if you would like, or if you arrive enough ahead of time you may do it beforehand. This is a one-on-one session between the advisor and the prospective student's family where you are free to ask any questions you might have about the university. A tentative itinerary will be sent to you with all meeting times upon confirmation of your tour.
