Visit Us Please note when scheduling a visit the Dead Period for the following sports is February 1-4: Football, Track & Field, Cross Country, Field Hockey and Soccer. A dead period is a period of time when it is not permissible to make in-person recruiting contacts or evaluations on or off the institution's campus or to permit official or unofficial visits by prospective student-athletes to the institution's campus. Saint Francis University is located in Loretto, PA, about two hours east of Pittsburgh. And although our campus is on a mountain, it is near major routes traveling east and west (Route 22), or north and south (Route 220).
So why wait? The best way to discover Saint Francis University is to schedule a visit. There’s a certain feeling to the University that just doesn’t come through in a brochure. Weekday Visits Register The Saint Francis University Office Admissions is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Tours of the campus are available Monday through Friday and are given by a Saint Francis University Student Ambassador.
Tours leave the Office of Admissions, Padua Hall Suite 243, promptly at the following times. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected tour.

10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM We welcome all students, families, or anyone interested in learning more about Saint Francis University to drop in for a tour of campus. However we also encourage scheduled visits which allow students to take advantage of a wide variety of experiences: - Meeting with an Admissions Representative
- Meeting with a Financial Aid Representative
- Meeting with a Faculty Member
- Attend class in your area of academic interest
- Have lunch in Torvian Dining Hall
- Meet with an athletic coach
