Getting Ready to Apply to Grad Schools??
Here's a simple time table to keep you on track and motivated:
Application deadlines vary, so be sure to contact the school for this important information. Many are Jan-March of your senior year but DOUBLE CHECK!
Six Months Prior to Applying:
Research programs, schools
Contact the appropriate schools for applications, deadlines, etc.
Register and study for the appropriate graduate admission test
Investigate scholarships, fellowships, graduate or teaching asstships
Ask Professors for Letters of Recommendation
Three Months Prior to Applying:
Finalize your essay
Gather all necessary admissions materials (transcripts, letters, etc.)
If you haven't already, take required graduate admission test
Continue looking into Financing your education
**Don't be afraid to contact the graduate admissions office of the schools to which you're applying. They're there to help and guide you!!!!
