Beth Lynn, OSC

Beth Lynn, OSC, is a Poor Clare nun at the Monastery of St. Clare in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She entered the Poor Clare community of Santa Barbara, California in 1958. From 1970 until 1982 she helped to found the Poor Clares in Lusaka, Zambia. Upon returning to the United States, she earned a B.A. in Theology and Ministry followed by an M.A. in Franciscan Studies from the Franciscan Institute at Saint Bonaventure University.  Beth has contributed to publications on Clare of Assisi and modern Poor Clares. Her articles can be found in The Cord and Magistra. She serves as formation director in her Community and Federation Formation Coordinator for the Bentivoglio Federation.
