accompany your grad school application
Be sure to check with the particular grad school to which you're applying. This list is an example of typical materials you'll probably need, but each school may differ!
School Application & Fee
Transcripts from all colleges attended
Three letters of recommendation from instructors, key people in your field
State of Goals or Personal Essay
GRE, GMAT, LSAT, etc, admissions test scores. You must register (fee) for the appropriate test at least 6 months prior to applying to grad school.
Once you have submitted your materials, we recommend you contact the grad school or admissions personnel to be sure they've received all of your materials.
