Vehicle Registration

All students, faculty, and staff members are required to register their vehicle online or at the University Police Department. Hang-tag permits are available at the University Police office located in the basement of Raymond Hall. Also available at our office are temporary parking permits for visitors or disabled /injured persons.
Hang-tag permits must be placed on the rearview mirror post. Permit information will face outward and be clearly visible from the outside of the vehicle. The permit must remain attached to the rearview mirror while parked on Saint Francis University Property. One permit will be issued to each person registering a vehicle on the campus. Multiple vehicles, owned and operated by the same person, may be registered using the same permit.
Vehicle registration must be accomplished at the start of the school year or immediately upon bringing a vehicle onto University property. Registration is required when the owner or operator changes vehicles.
A person registering a vehicle in his or her name shall be liable for all violations incurred by that vehicle.
