The majority of our efforts are to support residential, small business, and community-based renewable energy projects by providing superb technical assistance and educational opportunities. The Center is affiliated with the University's Small Business Development Center

Center Offers New Green Jobs Webpage 
With the state's new energy bill and increasing consumer interest in renewable energy the emerging "green collar jobs" market is receiving a lot of attention.  We put together a webpage to help economic development agencies, job seekers, and workforce investment agencies capitalize on this emerging trend.

New Pennsylvania Energy Bill Supports Efficiency and Alternative Energy for Home and Business
With $600 million dollars committed to support energy alternatives to include help paying for energy efficient appliances to installing solar panels, Pennsylvania is looking to lead in the "new economy" where the economy and the environment both thrive.  More. . .

Community Wind Project is Open for Applications
The Center's very popular wind assessment program, the Community Wind Project, is again accepting applications.  The Project offers wind assessment at no upfront cost to public and private entities owning land in Pennsylvania.
