The Annual Fund Phone Program
The Saint Francis University Phone Program is a vital part of the Annual Fund allowing current students to connect with alumni and parents to discuss their experiences with the University. Student callers not only enjoy hearing of your past experiences, but also take pleasure in talking about new initiatives here at Saint Francis, making alumni and parents aware of the significance of their annual fund contributions.
During the 2008-2009 Annual Fund Phone Program, student callers raised $329,000 in pledges for the University through the generosity of alumni and parents. The goal for the 2009-2010 Phone Program is to raise $450,000 in pledges.
Each student caller brings his/her own personality to the phone conversations and truly enjoys hearing of your college memories and successes since graduation. Your continued support and investment in Saint Francis University will help to carry on the Franciscan traditions and values you experienced, while assisting the University in supporting exciting new initiatives that enhance all areas of the University. Your gift truly makes a difference to the entire campus community and is a critical part of our progress.
The Annual Fund and the student callers would like to thank the local businesses that have donated gift certificates to the Phone Program. These gift certificates will be given to the student callers as performance based awards in addition to their hourly rate. If your business would like to participate in this program, please contact Mary Jo Ludwig at (814)472-3544 or mludwig@francis.edu for more information.
