| Currently I am an Occupational Therapist / Assistant Program Manager at a multi-level nursing home in Windber, PA, that has not only skilled and long term nursing care, but also personal care, assisted living and independent living cottages. After completing my Master of Occupational Therapy from Saint Francis, I was able to take the education I received and immediately apply it to my position as a Occupational Therapist to allow the Residents to maintain their highest possible level of independence. I recently published an article entitled: "Pediatric Lead Poisoning - Is It Still A Problem Today". It is located in ADVANCE for Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Oct 3, 2005 edition, Vol. 21, No. 20. This article is based on the Masters Thesis I completed for my degree of Master of Occupational Therapy - "The Knowledge of Occupational Therapists on the Subject of Pediatric Lead Poisoning".
