Conduct conference calls with NCAA liaison

Announce plan and timeline for self-study

Appoint and charge Steering Committee and sub-committees

Develop Written Plan for conducting the self-study

Identify writing team

 Hold Self-Study kick-off event during Community Development Week

View orientation videoconference—September 4

Subcommittees begin investigations

Steering Committee meets regularly to monitor progress

Subcommittee reports due

 

January 2009

Review of subcommittee reports by Steering Committee begins

 

February 2009

Complete review of subcommittee reports

Integrate subcommittee reports and produce draft report

PRT report sent to SFU president for response (Web-based system)
