Mr. Grant Julin, Instructor of Philosophy, received his B.A. in Liberal Arts at St. Vincent College, his M.A. in Philosophy from Duquesne University, and is currently working towards the completion of his Ph.D. in Philosophy (Duquesne University). His primary philosophical interests are in Ethics, Ancient Philosophy, Phenomenology and Existentialism.
His teaching experiences include Introduction to Philosophy and Ethics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Philosophical Anthropology and Critical Thinking at Wheeling Jesuit University, and Basic Philosophical Questions at Duquesne University. He comes to Saint Francis with 6 years of teaching experience, with previous teaching experience at Saint Francis. His classes include, Discovering Philosophy, Philosophy of Human Nature, Philosophy of Moral Philosophy, Logic and Existentialism.
Mr. Julin is a member of the American Philosophy Association as well as the Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy.
