ANN ARBOR, Mich. (May 11, 2007) – Junior Samantha Milosh (Aliquippa, Pa./Center) shot a an 11-over-par 82 to pace the Saint Francis University women’s golf team on the second day of competition at the NCAA Regional tournament.
On the day, the Red Flash shot a collective 338, a four stroke improvement from day one, to remain in 21st place of an extremely competitive field. Saturday’s round is expected to get underway at 8:10 a.m.
Senior Megan Schaeffer (Richland, Pa./Eastern Lebanon) is tied for 103rd place (82-85 167), followed by freshman Lisa Kocin (Parma, Ohio/Padua Franciscan) (84-84 168), which puts her in 105th place. Milosh is in 106th (87-83 169), and junior Stephanie Switzer (Beaver, Pa./Beaver) is in 107th (89-87 167).
