Chris Cascino looks to build on a banner first season as he enters his second year at the helm of the Saint Francis women’s golf program.  Cascino made his inaugural season with the Red Flash a memorable one, guiding the Flash to a record sixth Northeast Conference title.

Before arriving at Saint Francis University Cascino coached at Conemaugh Valley High School for five years, leading the Blue Jays to a pair of WestPAC Championships.

An accomplished golfer, Cascino is a four-time Johnstown (Pa.) City Champion and won the 2000 Greater Johnstown Golf Championship. In 2001, Cascino competed in the Sunnehanna Amateur Tournament, one of the premier amateur golf tournaments in the United States. Cascino is the President of the Greater Johnstown Golf Association, a group that manages three golf championships.

Cascino earned a bachelor's degree in business economics at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he competed on the men's golf team. Cascino is currently a sales associate for the State Chemical Manufacturing Company. He and his wife, Karen, reside in Johnstown and have three children: Anthony, Kristiana and Lukas.


Aaron Dubow
Assistant Coach - Second Season


Aaron Dubow came to Loretto after spending two years as a health and physical education teacher at Edenton-Chowan County Schools in Edenton, N.C.  While there, Dubow served as the head coach of the women’s basketball team as well as the head soccer coach.  Prior to his career in teaching, he was a standout on the golf team at the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio.  While earning a degree in Physical Education, Dubow earned the school’s community service award.  He currntly serves as the Assistant Manager of Immergrun Golf Course.
