TEXTBOOK REFUND POLICY 

SPRING 2010 SEMESTER

• Textbook returns will be accepted through JANUARY 19, 2010
  
• EBOOKS are NON-RETURNABLE if the code has been accessed.
  
• MID-SEMESTER MODULE COURSE TEXTBOOKS RETURNS will be permitted during the first week following the course's start date.
  
• NEW books returned in new condition will receive 100% of the original receipt price.  New books returned in used condition will receive the used book price.  The Bookstore Staff is the sole judge in determining whether a returned book is in new or used condition.
   
• A defective book will be exchanged for another copy.
   
• Coursepacks and opened shrink wrapped packages labeled with a “Non-returnable If Opened” warning are NON-RETURNABLE.
   
• Refunds will be granted for books associated with courses canceled by the University.
