Red Flash Golfers in Fifth after Day Two of NEC Championships

CHAMPIONS GATE, Fla. (May 2, 2009) – Mike Magalski (Spring Grove, Pa./Spring Grove) remains in third place and the Saint Francis men’s golf team has slipped to fifth on day two of the Northeast Conference Championships in Champions Gate, Fla., on Saturday.

Magalski shot 72 this afternoon to finish the two days with a score of 141.

Tyler Straub (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg Area) is 21^st with a combined score of 75-79-154. Fellow rookie Vincent Adams (Broisbriand, Quebec/John Abbot College) is 29^th, shooting 77-79-156.

Joey Amelia (Chatham, Ontario/Chatham-Kent Secondary) shot 78-80-158 and ranks 34^th. Dylan Holwell (Calgary, Alberta/The Edge School for Athletes) is 44^th with score of 84-79-163.
